Origami River Towel features a structure resembling the rapid streams of water from the mountains as they often appear in Japanese woodblock prints. The origami river bath towel in sandy beige features interchanging color combinations of navy, off-white and beige. Origami River is knitted in a single process using 100% organic cotton yarns, it is almost waste-free. Dimensions: 130 x 65 cm (51.2 x 25.6 in).

Care Instructions

  • Machine wash at 40°C or lower to preserve the fibers and the planet.

  • Do not bleach.

  • Stretch gently after wash when it's still wet to retain the original form.

  • Line dry or tumble dry at low temperature.

  • Dry clean with mild process.

  • Steam iron at max. 120°C.

  • If a Terry loop comes out, cut instead of pulling.

towel.studio

Towel.Studio is the combination of knitwear developer Mariko and software designer Roman. Together they design, improve and launch products from their workshop in the Marzahn district of Berlin, Germany. Unlike most towels, which are manufactured on a large scale, Towel.Studio towels are knitted in Mariko and Roman’s studio. This takes more time and effort, but they believe it's worth it. By knitting their own towels, they can reduce the environmental impact and shorten the supply chain. Plus, they’re able to control the entire process from start to finish, ensuring that every towel they make is of the highest quality.
