A woman with shoulder-length blonde hair, wearing a brown blouse, standing outdoors at a vineyard during daytime. She is smiling and resting her hand on a white lamp on a wooden table, with rows of grapevines and hills in the background.

Goodnight light. Barcelona.

Lighting is usually treated as a fixture — functional, forgettable, chosen last. Goodnight Light treats it as something closer to a toy, or a memory.

It is the work of Eva and Marke Newton, a husband-and-wife pair who met in London in 1999, both from families of makers, now working side by side in Barcelona.

Their lamps are playful, sculptural, and unmistakably theirs — the Duck Duck, the Boleti, the Daisy — with 98% of the range made locally in low-emission Barcelona factories from recyclable materials.

Lighting as a way of life, not an afterthought. Little love notes in light form.
