Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship Australia-wide only. If you’re based overseas and interested in a piece, email us at shop@understorydorrigo.com.au — we may be able to arrange something on request, but we can’t promise it.

  • Orders are dispatched from our store in Dorrigo, NSW, within 3–5 business days, unless the listing says otherwise. Made-to-order and pre-order pieces are dispatched according to the timeframe stated at the time of purchase.

  • Delivery generally takes 2-4 business days in NSW and 3-6 business days interstate, depending on your location. We charge a flat rate of $15 for orders under $300, and shipping is free for orders over $300.

  • Every order is sent with tracking. High-value pieces — wedding dresses in particular — are sent with tracked, insured post. You’ll receive tracking details by email once your order is dispatched.

  • If you’re in Dorrigo or passing through, you’re welcome to collect your order from the store instead of having it shipped. Choose local pickup at checkout and we’ll let you know when it’s ready.

  • We take care in how we pack every order, but transit isn’t always kind. If your order arrives damaged, or doesn’t arrive at all, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date with your order number and, where relevant, photographs of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund, and deal with the carrier directly — you shouldn’t have to.
